How can I stop receiving the pop up ads from Windows Central?

LOL... those aren't subscriptions - just a fact of life when you visit some sites. Popup ads happen on websites.
If you are using a mobile device, you can use a browser like Ghostery. If you are using a computer, add the ghostery add-on to your browser.
