Poll: Accessing Cortana from an idle device

So an issue came up in another thread regarding the accessing of Cortana from a phone. I'm arguing for ease of access and a sense of privacy. In the following poll I'm asking you, the good people of the Windows Phone community, what you prefer.

Background:
This is focusing on accessing Cortana NOT from a bluetooth connected device, or in your car, but simply while it's sitting on your desk.
