Portico update. HELP!

I'm moving to the US next week and I want to ask whether my international version of lumia is capable of updating to ''Portico" with an at&t sim card in it?

I don't think so, to my understanding the update is to carrier branded phones.
Example- My Lumia is running with a NET10 sim but the phone is AT&T branded. I got the update because the phone is locked to AT&T regardless what sim i'm using on it.

No. The update was released to AT&T customers via AT&T servers that has a list of all AT&T branded Lumias. International Lumia like yours will be updated when they release update to international phones.
