Jamie PMed to say he would pay on Sunday evening and like clockwork without any reminders the payment showed up as he had indicated. Also followed up to let me know that for some weird reason USPS did not deliver on the day as promised - USPS has gotten really sloppy of lately!
I had a great positive experience dealing with Jamie and would not hesitate to deal with him again.
