Possible QHD successor of Lumia 2520 spotted? (RT? or not.)

In GFXBench a new hardware popped up having a 10.1 inch QHD resolution screen but with Qualcomm SoC possibly snapdragon 805, which is assumed to be the case due to the Adreno 420 GPU. Details are vague except that it may be a 64GB version. The OS is listed to be as just Windows, possibly Windows 10?
The puzzling thing is that Microsoft made it clear that full blown Windows 10 won't be running on ARM processors. What do you guys think?
