post photo in weekly photo contest

Please help me in posting photo to the weekly photo contest as I don't have a twitter account and instagram app is not working in my lumia

Thank you for posting this question outside the contest thread.

If you are on a Windows desktop PC simply place the photo in a convenient location such as the desktop.
Then using the advanced editing tools above the reply box click the picture icon to make uploading to the desired thread easy.
