chronos calendar using the 4:4 live tile. got it a while back when it was free but didn't start using it until we got transparent tiles.

Google them off the web, download or email them to your phone, then using "cool tiles" from store I can set any pic from my gallery to an app from their list. The transparency can be adjusted. So DL phone icon for instance, add phone icon to it from their list then adjust transparency to be invisible. Now I've got a phone icon of my choosing to act same as MS preloaded white icon. A couple drawbacks tho is it wont show missed calls with a number, so I just leave the original phone icon in my file for that purpose., Except for that one thing the functionality for making calls and such is preferable to the OEM phone tile. The other drawback IMO is a gross lack of selection in the app. Tons of stuff I'd never use and not enough stuff I want. But check it out, I just take what I can use and leave the rest , see for yourself. Another great tile modding app is "start perfect". I use it for blanks a lot.
