Does anyone know of a powered USB hub (preferably 3.0) that gets it's power from a USB cable? This would be ideal for the Surface Pro because we could plug it into the USB port on the Surface Pro charger.

I know of manyyyy! I own a couple, Idk the brands for I am not home right now, but they shouldn't be hard to find at all! I've been using it with my Surface RT

How many USB devices do you need to charge at one time?
The port on the charger is power only, no data.

I've been searching for "usb powered 3.0 usb hub" on amazon and haven't found any yet. I'd appreciate it if you could post some make/models when you get home.

Well, I plan to have 2 printers, a mouse, and my camera connected to it. All of those devices (except the mouse) have their own power. I just figured while I'm buying a hub, I might as well buy a powered one and it would be nice to just plug into the charger for power instead of taking up an additional wall socket.
