Why would AT&T withhold the NoDo app when Verizon and Sprint are releasing phones with these features already installed? Seems from a competition standpoint they would want these features enabled since they have no new hardware.
Now, for Mango I could see a carrier holding it back if they have new hardware coming out which will "feature" these free features as a selling point. Any way you cut it it is insane that MS is allowing them to block anything. This may hinder WP7 itself from making any headway if users are fed up with the old versions and switch to a different OS because of it.
Or, is the reason for blocking different...like someone said they don't feel like supporting the users having issues?
