Predictions and word flow problem

Predictions and word flow problem doesn't work in my Lumia 1320...
What should I do...?

What means they don't work? Have you enabled them in your keyboard settings for your language(s)?

While using my keypad predictions as well as word flow doesn't work at all...
I have checked all my settings in language and keyboard everything is fine but still predictions and word flow won't work...

Did you try different keyboards (like English UK or English US) or do you use another language. If so check below link if the language is supported.
