Tried calling in. They finally found it in their system but at a price of $199. Will keep waiting for it to show up in premier.

I had a lot of trouble getting the discount to $99 but eventually I got to a rep who explained that the "code" for my service plan had to be updated to get the discount. It's apparently exactly the same plan but with an updated code that made the instant rebate to $99 show up online.

so im talking to a cs rep on the phone about applying the $100 discount to my lumia order since i got before and he knows nothing about it
