Can you go over the 25$?? I cant find a way to register the card to see how much I have spent and do not want to get some stupid fee for buying the wrong thing or going over the 25$ limit. Thanks!

Go to http://www.prepaid.citi.com/uswindowsphone and follow the registration steps. Once you register the card it will show your balance and purchase history.

No way you can go over. Just like when ypu haveban expired Credit Card registered it won't let you complete the purchase.
