it doesn't. The 928 is OLED and supports glance. Apparently 5" 1080P OLED means no glance... For now.

There was an article on wpcentral where they got an explanation from a Nokia employee...to put it short, the screen used in the 930 lacks display memory to store the Glance settings hence its an hardware restriction, this was done to cut manufacturing costs. But he also mentioned that there may be a possible work around which they are researching
