Preview build 10586 bug!

I can't get dictation to turn on. Is this happening to anyone else?

After installing this build i have:
1) done a hard reset
2) installed both keyboard and speech settings for United States (everything else is set to united states as well, in fact)

However when i go to "More keyboard settings", the show the dictation button option is greyed out, and cannot be selected. Has anyone ever had this issue or got any idea about what could be wrong?

I do see it enabled in my phone. It could be corrupt install, I suspect.

Thanks for the confirmation. I guess i'll try another hard reset.

Same here - it's enabled and working. Either wait for a succeeding update which may remedy any corrupt files, or restore your phone back to Windows Phone 8.1 and upgrade back to 10586.

A second hard reset actually worked!
