Hello, After the update Cyan was installed, should I keep the Preview app rolling on my phone?

That's up to you personally. Depending on where you live, the DP has update 1 already which means for some countries you get Cortana.

I kept it for future updates and enjoy folders and whatnot.
If you want to stick with 8.1, might as well turn it off.
