I signed up for the Preview for Developers and I am now getting updates for my phone - which is great! My question is this - I live in Canada and my region is set to US. If I set it to Canada, are the updates that MS rolls out the same for both countries?

However the Canadian cortana functionality is currently quite limited compared to what is available in the US.
