problem about zune with the lumia 720

i had a nokia lumia 720 when it was connected with the laptop by usb cable it shows the mass storage and connecting with the windows phone app, but it doesn't shows in zune i.e,.. no device connected. tell me solution for it and i want to update my phone

Windows Phone 8 won't support Zune.

Only way to update phone is OTA.

If you want to sync your phone, you're better off with WMP.
