problem for my product code and my ROM

and it's from GB O2 SL
but my rom from middle east .
is it normal ?

Up to you to decide if normal or not, this indicates that someone flashed the device with a different ROM, probably because they were tired of waiting for O2 to release an update for it. Carriers approve releases on different schedules, and unbranded might get them before any carrier branded phone.
