problem in transfering data to PC

I want to transfer data from my lumia 620 to my PC (Win 7),,, i connect my phone to PC using USB cable,,,,the phone memory is shown to be full,,,, but when opened (in PC) no files or videos are detected that are saved in the App's,,,,,Plz help me,,,, how can i transfer data to PC,,,

Can you explain a bit better please? What data are you trying to transfer and from what apps?
