problem in updating

New lumia black update is available for lumia 625 in India since 4 days but still i didn't receive the update what could be the reason?

Have you tried checking? Settings -> Phone update

Also you can try a soft reset if that doesn't work as it appears some people are having issues.

yes i checked the settings but what do u mean by soft reset

Hold down the power and volume down buttons together until the phone turns off automatically. That is the soft reset and your phone will turn on automatically.

well now , i think there is any fault in your device , you should take it to your nokia center.
