problem Lumia 535 after update windows 10

After install windows 10 and do hard reset the settings not appears and I can't access to any setting

this is a known bug with the latest build of win 10. quite a few devices have been effected by this bug. i suggest you to either roll back or wait for a fix in the next build good day

I've just rolled back from WP10, it's not useable yet, better wait for public beta.
