Hey all, my friend owns a Lumia 920 and has recently encountered a problem. I don't know enough about Lumia's to help her. Can anyone help or provide basic troubleshooting tips?
A friend has a Lumia 920 and normally uploads videos to her YouTube channel using the camera app - from what she's told me the camera app allows camera roll uploads to YouTube via the interface. She's just tried and received an error message 'Something went wrong. Either there is a network problem, YouTube is unavailable or you haven't subscribed to...' - her home Wi-Fi is working correctly and she can access her YouTube account via laptop browser. She restarted everything including the Wi-Fi router and in the course of trying to get the upload feature to work the camera app's sharing feature required her to sign back into YouTube and*she discovered she can't even sign in anymore, it looks like those options are now greyed-out.
I suggested she try uploading via the phone browser in desktop mode, and that seems to work, but obviously uploading the videos via camera app is way less clumsy. She'd prefer to get the function back.
Everything was apparently working fine until she traveled from Canada to the U.S. last week, where she noticed the error - returning to Canada didn't restore*the function. So this is recent.
Any suggestions on what she should try?* Thanks in advance!**
