problem while updating windows 10 in lumia 535

i am updating my lumia 535 from last 2 days to windows 10, while downloading the update in setting the update is still paused on 45% from last 2 days.There is no increment in downloading.
so what i have to do so that my update is download fully?

try a soft reset( lock key + volume down) , stay on a wifi connection while the update downloads.
