Problem with Cortana in WP8.1

Hi,

Yday ihave upgraded my Lumia720 to WP8.1 developers version but Cortana is not seen. After some browsing in internet found some hints. Accordingly changed my region,language,keyboard settings to US and then observed Cortana installed and I can also use it.

But later when I revoked my changes to local region I observed that Cortana was not working and in settings saw that Cortana is off because "Not available in this region".

Can any one please suggest any solution for me to be able to use Cortana from outside US

Lol this is ismple if you want to use Cortana then everything needs to be set to US.. You can't change that... So if you like her you can sacrifice that much for her right?

There's an article on the front page that tells you exactly how to enable Cortana outside of us.

Ok... How about this...
I got Cortana, I can ask her to tell me my schedule, call my Wife, etc.. but when I ask her to tell a joke, what is her name, to sing a song all I get is Bing web search :-(
