Problem with downloading app from the Store

Hello, few weeks ago I uninstalled Instagram, because I wanted to re-install it to clear the cache, but when I try to install it again, I always get this error code: 0x80070020. What does it means> How to solve this problem without hard reset? I tried a lot of restarts and soft resets but no results.

Try moving temporary in settings App destination from sd to phone and retry
