ditto, scrolling pages with my thumb, I end up with unintentional presses. This touchscreen is very sensitive. (PS: Display is set to normal). I've been checking daily for a fix like they issued for the 1520.
I have this same problem AND my display seems to go all weird and stripey! I notice it seems to happen a lot if I am using my device as a wifi hotspot and I get a message and I go to open the message and then my screen is just all stripes. Drives me nuts. But the keyboard thing is annoying as well. There's no lag between having pressed the letter and it appearing on the keyboard, it just adds heaps of extra letters on. I'm kind of regretting switching to a Windows phone now
I am faced with the EXACT problem. I have recently purchased my 1320 and typing was excellent. But after putting on a screen guard, the alphabets repeat (ex. whyyy are yyyou calllling?) with annoying frequency.
Is there any way out? I am keen to use a screen guard to prevent unwanted scratches on my 1320. My wife has had no such problem typing on her lumia 625 with a screen guard.
Did you get your phone back? How long did it take? I gave my mobile for repair in Singapore. They also kept quoting that parts are arriving and it took more than 6 weeks before I got back my phone after repeated calls from me and escalating it to their customer service manager.
