Problem with Lumia 735 on Windows 10 Pro x64

I've problem with Lumia 735 on Windows 10 Pro x64. When I connect Lumia 735 with PC, I can't see my phone on PC. In Device Manager is this:



In Explorer not have Lumia 735:

When I connect PC and Phone, after long, long, long time, Windows 10 recognizes my Phone. I don't know why. Can I make that Windows 10 recognizes my Phone faster?

Problem solved. Problem is been with Windows 10 Mobile Build 10512. Now when I use Windows Phone 8.1, it is O.K.
