problem with Lumia 920 audio settings

Hello, im not able to access audio equilizers and dolby settings in my Lumia 920. Yeah, I tried to open audio settings under settings but it is not even opening. can anybody help me out in accessing equilizers and dolby sound for speakers

you are trying it with an earphone or speakers physically connected, right? Those options are only accessible if you do. If you are, then I am not sure how to help you because in my case I can access those options. Maybe, your earphone/speaker connection is not getting detected correctly.... Unfortunately, even on bluetooth they are not accessible
