Problem with Microsoft Health

Hey guys, I had some problems with Microsoft Health: I cant active motion data on Microsoft Health setting (althought I enabled it), so my phone couldn't check my steps.

Please help me. Thank you!

Ofcourse, I always enable location.
in the past, MSM health worked very well, but now microsoft health dont.
Are there any solutions for me please?

I had to hard reset 950xl

i also have a "lumia motion data" option that is also enabled and on health app check "motion settings" on "my phone"
