Problem with new update! Please help me!

I recently did update the phone software but after installing updates and restarting the phone began to enter the loading mode for 2 hours doing nothing. I gave it manually restart, I tried to give hard reset but does not work. Every time returns to the loading mode and if I try to give power off but do not go automatically restart and then get back in loading. Can you help me with some advice? Thanks for the help!

I'd recommend you go to a HTC service point OR return it to HTC repairs. I also returned my Phone (which probably comes back today) because of an other issue.
But, I think your Phone turned into a 250$ paperweight. Should return.
