Problem with the WP8.1

Hi guys,does anyone is having this ''your data is moving/uploading'' issiue.i install the upgrade just fine and it opened for the settings and trying the install my old data but nothings is moving it's been 10 min. and i'm waiting.

Does anyone have the similiar prob. and what should i do? hard reset maybe ?

and i forgot the mention that if someone is calling me the phone call is appear in the screen and i can talk or ignore.

I am doing two phone at the same (1520 and 920). The 920 appeared to be stuck at one point. In fact the 1520 did two updates in the time it took the 920 to do one. I would give it a bit.

but upgrade is over its showing the ALMOST DONE screen and stuck there.

all right i will give it another 15 min. then i'm gonna be worry about it but its strange the spining cogs part was very fast and almost done is stuck
