Problems for opening my SMS and also my contacts-Lumia 625

Dear Sir/Madam,
my cell phone details are:
Name: Windows Phone
Model: Nokia Lumia 625
Software: Windows Phone 8.1
Since two weeks ago till now I couldn't open my list of contacts, people and save any new contact and also read any SMS and send SMS(however I got the SMS notification but when I want to open it didn't work ), I had reset in two ways: soft reset and also hard reset but didn't fix.
So please help me about these problems as soon as possible

Is it that the app crashes as soon as you do any action? Or is it not opening at all?
