problems in opening settings lumia 830 after build upgrading !!?

yesterday i updated my mobile to build 14291 but while updating the mobile turned of so i had to put my charger back to see if its from the charge so it started again and i think it didnt finish installing the update . as a result now the settings i cant open it to see the update also almost all the apps when i open the cellular data , i have to switch of the data to be able to open the apps ( whatsapp , bbm ) so any ideas please !! .

this is a very fragile situation, i am glad you came out safely without breicking your device or getting it into reboot loop.

so now here you are with a broken update maybe halfway installed and causing troubles to you opening apps on data & settings.

i believe there might not be only one solution to this, you might need to hard reset your device at first and by all means that should work.

if not, then take on the WDRT and flash your device to stock rom and start from the beginning
