Problems installing xbox live games

Hello dear wpcentral community. I am having problems with xbox live and I just couldn't find a answer anywhere, so hopefully somebody can help me out. Whenever I want to install any Xbox LIVE game I get a popout screen "SET UP ACCOUNT" where it asks me for "Country/Region" and "Date of birth".

After I select those and press "Accept", I get this Error:


Does any1 know if I have done something wrong or something that I didn't do?
