problems launching Windows Store

Hello everybody, I just got my new Microsoft surface RT 64GB. I am still finding my way around and I am having problems opening Store. All the time when I clicked to open it, it shows the message that I am not connected to Internet. Of course, there are no internet issues cause I can easily go online. I tried troubleshooting and also search-run-wsreset.exe. Nothing helped. Does anybody experience the same problem and could help me out? Thanks.

Have you run all system updates?

it doesnt want to activate windows, it doesnt want to find updates and it doesnt want to connect to microsoft account. Have no idea whats happening. I wanted to reinstall mail and I uninstalled it and now I cant install it back cause my store is not working. I am truly lost in windows 8.

I found some tips online and I changed date and time and it works now. But still I cant activate my windows, and as I see here updating to windows 8.1 is gonna be a nightmare hmm
