Problems with Windows Update and Windows Store?

Hi!

First of all sorry for my English.

Recently I got a Surface RT 64 GB and have some problems with it.

The main problem is relative with Windows Store and Windows Update.

I will post the trouble.

A - Windows recently formatted with the MS image (Windows 8.1 RT) / Windows recently formatted by is own application inside Windows.

A-1) Windows store can't update Apps or install new one -- Error explaining me that connection is not fast and to try with a new connection;

A-2) Windows Update works fine and search and install first pack of updates;

A-3) Windows restarts and install updates;

B) After restart Store still not working properly and Windows update still working;

B-1) Windows Update search and install second pack of updates (most of all for Office RT);

B-2) Windows restarts and install updates;

C) After restart Store still not working properly and Windows update stopped working;

C-1) Windows Store give me the first problem at A-1;

C-2) Windows Update enter on a infinite loop of looking for updates:

This is my problem, what I need to do to put this working properly?

PS: Already do this:

- WSRESET.EXE

- Create a new user and delete the old one;

- Change the Wifi network;

- Run the fix from Microsoft to Windows Store and Windows Update.

After all the problem keeping annoying me.

Someone can give me some help please?

Sure, get something around 35 Mbps.
