Problems with competition for Surface Pro 4

So I've been on holidays for about a month and there I also singed up for the contest and had all the entries done + the daily entries. I've done all of that on another device, but when I open the site now on my main PC it says that I have 0 entries. Can this be solved? And yes, I was logged in with my Windows Central account on that device as well as on this one.
