Problems with headphones on Lumia 830

Soooo i hawe Nokia Lumia 830, in July bough Coloud No 4 Earbuds (https://www.coloud.com/co_europe_en/no-4/) everything was working good.
But few days ago, my Coloud heaphones didnt show up when i pluged them into my phone, aand then i saw that this-(https://gyazo.com/f8eeeca122d67d0b21506e36e283109d) thing is kinda broken, the white popup on the headphone jack.... but the weird **** is, that all other headphones work on my phone, and no Coloud isnt broken, cuz they work fine on my pc and friends phone, soo what can be the problem?
