Problems with Samsung ATIV S

My Phone (Samsung ATIV S) is flipping after the update. It was always working just fine. Also other developer previews had no issue at all. Wifi and 3G data is not working also.

Do a hard reset man,the only problem with 8.1 it's that store not working at me in rest everything seems fine,i have ativ s too.

Factory reset is alot of work. Will my contacts stay safe? I made a Phone backup on my pc.

Guys I did a factory reset. It will be restored to 8.1 version. The problems I had seems gone. Wifi and 3G works and screen doesnt flicker like before for now. I will post if any weird thing comes up.

1. When you change the region to US on settings > after cortana appears it will keep phone restarting over and over again
2. When you place cortana on your start screen, same issue will appear
3. If you remove the haptic feedback same issue occurs.

This happens to my ativ s. I already did a hard reset several times. Please help
