Problems with windows store launch?

hi i am using lumia 540 wid windows 10 mobile build 10586.11
since 2 days windows store is not launching in my device.
whenever i touch store it does not launch and only shows start screen without tiles .it is also not launching from ALL APPS list. please help

update your device to latest build which is 10586.164 that will solve this issue. if unable to upgrade try hard reset and then update all apps.
