program to dump rom from phone

I am looking for an app that will allow me to dump rom from phone. I cannot find an original rom for my carrier because they are not common (Beyond Mobile). I would like to work with some custom roms, but until i have a fallback i can't begin.

Which carrier is your phone through? Did you look for an original ROM here?

My Carrier is Beyond Mobile (CBeyond), they are an MVNO for Sprint but without all the sprint customizations.

the wiki does not have Beyond Mobile.
