Project My Screen issue after Denim Update [Lumia 928]

I've heard Cyan/Denim is supposed to unlock the Miracast feature for the phone when using Project My Screen in WP 8.1. I've had the Developer Preview installed since it was released in April and know that prior to the Cyan release (Denim in Verizon's case) the phone could only project through USB when on Lumia Black. I removed the Preview OS via the recovery tool and put a clean install of 8.1 and new Denim update the 928. I expected to be able to use Project My Screen in its entirety, but still get the message for a USB only connection. Is this an issue for anyone else?

The 928 doesn't have the right chipset to do wireless screen projection.

my nokia 930 used to work with project my scxreen but after the denium update it wont even see the tv
