protect text messages and emails

My Windows phone has been tapped into (a person saw my text messages and emails and knew who had called me). Is there an app that can protect my phone from this happening again?

Are you sure they haven't accessed your Outlook/Hotmail account? The phone does back text messages up to there and that's where the phone pulls your emails down from.

If it's physical access that has taken place, password the lock screen.
