You can use BitLocker encryption for extra data security. Here's how to enable the feature on Windows 11.
BitLocker on Windows 11 adds an extra layer of security with encryption to protect your device and files from unauthorized access. When using encryption, the feature scrambles the data on the drive to make it unreadable for anyone without the correct decryption key.

My Dell 7720-AIO was delivered with Bitlocker encryption enabled. I used the PC for a long time not knowing anything about it until I tried to install Ubuntu Linux as a second operating system. I had to recover the encryption key from the Microsoft website under my account information to restore the drive.

I've decrypted the drive under [Settings - Privacy & Security - Device encryption] and found that Windows is noticeably quicker than before and no longer goes to sleep after short periods of inactivity. I had energy settings disabled before because of this issue and that did not appear to have any effect. Now that the drive is decrypted, the computer will stay awake until I shut it down. Very strange, and I'm glad to have discovered the problem. Disabling decryption is not a good idea on a business PC or any PC that contains critical information because if the PC is stolen, the information can be retrieved by skilled individuals. The best option IMO is to encrypt separate drives or directories where private information is kept. Note that if you chose to decrypt your drive that the operation takes a half hour or more. It was worth it to me.
