The 950 XL is available already. Memoxpress owned MS store has it at 32k cash and 37k card for 24 months. The 950 in Nokia Glorietta is at 29k cash and 33k card for 24 months.

edit: Post edited to place correct prices.

Hi guys, can you recommend a laptop around 20k PHP? If there is at least a core i3 4-8GB RAM around that price? Or is that impossible?

I just have to say, I got a Nokia Lumia 930 from Microsoft Megamall when they opened. That phone has been in and out of their store kasi palaging may issue. Anyone can help me get a unit replacement instead? Hassle ang biyahe to Megamall, ah.

Knowing the distributor, unlikely.

Try going straight to aikontech. When I got my 1520 more than two years ago, the first unit I got had signal issues. Called up their helpline and asserted myself. I was nice on the phone but I made sure they understood my message saying I wanted it replaced. It wasn't even 10 days from purchase. A week after they called me asking for my address so they could send their delivery guy and let me use a test unit so I could compare mine. Yep, I didn't need to bring the phone to them. Had 2 1520s for a week, mine and the test unit, and saw that mine did have issues. Gave them my findings and they took my word for it. A week after they called and requested me to bring both units to be surrendered so I could get my new one. Guess what? I'm still using that unit. I did have to change the battery recently as it was giving problems already as I had to charge twice to thrice in a day but other than that it's still good.

I have a couple of unlocked Lumia 640s that I plan on bringing to the Philippines on a trip.
1. Will they work with the local carriers? Will use mostly for txt, maybe some data.
2. Which local provider is recommended? My stay is for 3 weeks. I will be in the Iloilo, Boracay and Metro Manila regions.

Check the RM# (model#), from there you will see what band it supports. There are 640's in PH. Mine is RM-1065
