Nokia Lumia 920 if that makes any difference.

I had a long and painful journey to getting emails on my phone, I have a Hotmail email address but 3 POP3 addresses as well. I have forwarded all three to my Outlook.com - two have appeared as folders within the Inbox, but the third, the most crucial one, is sitting in a folder lower down within Outlook.com and isn't comiing through to my phone at all. I'm not that techhie and it took a while to set all of this up about 6 weeks ago and to be honest I can't even remember how I did it. Can anyone give me any pointers as to how to get this third address to forward to the phone, I'm not sure where to start? Thanks!

I don't know if I fully understand the issue, but when you go to the email on your phone, hit the three dots and tap folders. Then tap show all folders. If the folder is not currently syncing to your device, you will then see sync this folder on your screen. Tap that, and it will pull all the info from your folder on outlook.com

Hot tip: If you tap and hold on a folder name, you can pin it to start. That makes it much easier to go directly to that folder from the start screen rather than dialing down into folders within your main mail account. It also gives you notification numbers just like your main mail account, except it only counts new emails in the folder you pinned :)

Phone makes no difference

To add/remove/change the email accounts that Outlook.com is merging into your Outlook.com account, go to your inbox and click on the gear icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. Select "More email settings", then click on "Your email accounts" under "Managing your email account".

You can remove the email account that's syncing to the wrong place and re-add it if needed. The default destination for emails would be to a sub-folder of the Outlook.com inbox.

Thanks so much, that first reply seems to have done the trick, I knew it would be simple, I just couldn't work out whether it was Outlook, Outlook.com or the settings on the phone that was my starting point!
