Purchased a New Nokia Lumia 730 dual in Oct but found to be a defective piece.. when complained, it was neither repaired nor replaced even after 45 days of complaint registered.. finally they were refunding partial amount only.... when asked abt the same to nokia customer care, they say its not company policy to refund the money...

since no devices available in the market, NCC people have tried to refund the money though its not Company's policy... but they refunded only money after cutting the taxes..

How Can I accept it?

Sorry to hear about your poor customer service experience, but you should be commenting that on the official MS/Nokia service center facebook page for your country or perhaps calling them directly and tell them politely what has happened.
If they still don't want to give a full refund or replacement phone, tell the person working at the center to call their manager and DEMAND for a full refund, go with a friend if you dont feel comfortable doing it alone.
