Purchasing a Groove Music pass from unsupported region

Does anyone know if there is a way to purchase a Groove music pass from unsupported region (an European country)?

Unfortunately this is not possible. You need to create a new US based Microsoft account and somehow successfully manage to attach a US based payment method to it. The only other way you can do this, if you cannot do the first option, is to find a website that resells Groove music passes, pay for that, and then redeem the code and add it to your secondary US based Microsoft account. Sadly, I don't know any such resellers.
