Pure Highway H260DBi hands-free?

Has anyone got their 820 to work with a Pure Highway H260DBi car radio for hands-free and music (Play/Pause/Skip)? Just had this radio fitted to my car and disappointed that it does not work though not a real biggy for my pattern of usage. The 820 works with my Revo Axis internet radio for Play/Pause/Skip of music and with my portable Samsung bluetooth adaptor for hands-free and Play/Pause/Skip so I am suspecting the radio is the one marching to the beat of a different drum.

(note, the radio does play music and can conduct phone calls over Bluetooth from the phone but can't control them from the radio buttons)

Did you check with the company that installed the radio?

Not yet. I am hoping to try it with a friend's Samsung S3 to see if that works. In any case I am not sure what the installer could have done or not done to affect this as I assume all the Bluetooth functionality is built in and does not rely on any external connectors (other than the microphone which *does* work)?
