Purple Haze Fix.... Has anyone tried This??

Has anyone tried this fix for the Purple Haze effect on the screen, and did anyone find it worked??

It works as long as you don't mind everything else having a nasty green tinge!

This is an issue also associated with the Lumia Icon.

I found if you move the slider to a quarter instead of the full 0 then you'll get a good compromise.

works for normal use but when using in lowlight (with brightness set to automatic or brightness set to low) the issue reappears.
